Option of Remaining Partners to Purchase

This form states that any partner desiring to withdraw from the partnership prior to the termination or dissolution of the partnership shall only be allowed to do so with the consent of the remaining partners. Prior to granting or denying approval of a partner's request to withdraw, the remaining partners shall have the option to purchase a proportionate share of his interest in the partnership. (more...)
